In the course of the Committee
sitting it was stated that the bill (Reg. No6263) submitted by the Cabinet of
Ministers of Ukraine suggests the formation of the single state registration
system of the legal entities and eliminate existing ambiguities between the
principles of the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Persons-Entrepreneurs" and certain
other legislative acts that regulate in particular the order of the conduction of
the state registration and withdrawal of certain types of legal entities.
Relevant amendments are to be introduced to the Civil Code of Ukraine, Laws "On Business Entities", "On Citizen Associations", "On Legal Profession", "Collective Agricultural Enterprise", and others aimed at their harmonization with the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Persons-Entrepreneurs."
The People´s Deputies are convinced that the adoption of the bill facilitate harmonization of the national legislation on matters of the state registration of the business entities and completion of the formation of the single state registration system of the legal entities and individual persons-entrepreneurs.
